Authority to print images
It is confirmed that whether by way of copyright ownership or otherwise you have authority to and do grant us permission to print all the images you submit to us and that you will indemnify us from any liabilities or costs that we may incur as a result of claims to the contrary.
Claims for goods damaged in transit
Prior to dispatch, we carefully inspect all goods. If any goods have been damaged in transit, please retain all packaging and notify both us and the courier promptly. Goods will need to be returned to us for an assessment. We will re-supply any goods damaged in transit as soon as possible.
Returns
As all our products are custom made to order, therefore cannot be accepted for return.
Right to refuse supply
ProAA is a wholesaling manufacturer we reserve the right to refuse to supply.

Yes we accept images via post. Once you select and order you album online, please utilise your order number and details to post in a USB stick to ProAA , 74 Johnston St Collingwood 3066 Victoria.
We will return your USB when your album is dispatched.
